Shipping

Select Skin only ships within Australia.

Orders are sent out using Australia Post Parcel Post satchels. Our products are securely packaged for transportation. The flat rate for shipping is $10.00. Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of skin care products after dispatch. For orders placed during public holidays, please allow an extra 2 days. Orders placed before 9am (AEDT) weekdays are despatched on the same day.

If you have not received your order within the days specified, please email hello@selectskin.com.au with your full order details and order confirmation number.

The goods shall be at the customer’s risk from the date of dispatch. Select Skin is not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transit. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can provide assistance in resolving your issue.
