Treatment Booking Information

To arrange an appointment, please click on Book Now and follow the prompts.

If you are a new client, welcome! Your appointment will start with a skin consultation. During your initial consultation, one of our dermal clinicians will discuss your skin concerns, describe our treatments and skin care products in detail, and create a customised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit from $70 to secure your spot.

Please be aware we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without giving us a full 24 hours notice or fail to show up.

Please Note: In keeping with NSW Health COVID-19 Guidelines, we must allow extra time to prepare our treatment rooms. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We can only accommodate five people in the clinic at any time, so we request you arrive for your appointment unaccompanied. Proof of double vaccination will be requested upon arrival. If you are unable to do so, we will happily reschedule your appointment.
