Director & Dermal Clinician
With over 30 years of industry experience, Melanie has a Bachelor of Dermal Science from Victoria University and is a member of The Society of Dermal Clinicians.
With so much knowledge and experience, it was time for Melanie to realise her dream of owning her own non-surgical skin clinic and establishing Select Skin in 2017.

Lesley joined Select Skin in 2018.
A registered nurse and accomplished skin clinician with over 20 years of experience, Lesley has worked alongside dermatologists and cosmetic physicians as a laser nurse and holds a master’s qualification in education.
Lesley loves to challenge herself with continuous education in the safest and evidence-based non-surgical aesthetic technologies and, confidently creates treatment plans for her clients to achieve outstanding and ongoing results.

Paris’ passion for the aesthetics industry has grown since joining Select Skin in 2020. Having suffered problematic skin herself, she developed a passion for the results good skin care and specialised medical grade treatments can achieve.
Paris has been working in the beauty industry for a few years now and is now a fully qualified Cert IV Beauty Therapist.
One of her favourite Select Skin treatments is microneedling and when combined with other treatments such as one of our peeling systems, and LED Light Therapy, it’s the optimum treatment for bright & luminous skin.
She loves helping her clients to achieve their skin goals and build their self confidence.

Danielle Soutar has a long history in Sydney’s beauty industry. After completing her Beauty Therapy Diploma in 2000 she has gone on to work in a some of Sydney’s most sought after salons and day spas.
Her expertise in the beauty industry led her to roles in sales and education for various skin care companies. Most recently she spent four years at the Sanctuary College of Beauty Therapy teaching the next generation of would-be beauty therapists.
After having two beautiful girls, Danielle returned to her beauty roots and is particularly passionate about facial and brow treatments. She’s also a qualified Pilates Instructor.

We have been a sponsor of Coogee Surf Life Saving Club, the largest patrolling surf club in Australia, since 2019 and owner Melanie Russell-Richards as a lifesaver for the club.
