To arrange an appointment, please click on Book Now and follow the prompts.

If you’re new to our clinic, welcome — we’re so glad you’ve found us. Your first visit will begin with a detailed skin consultation, where one of our dermal clinicians will take the time to understand your skin, discuss your concerns, and recommend the treatments and skincare best suited to your goals.

A deposit from $80 is required to secure your booking. Please note: deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment you choose.

You’ll receive a text message reminder two days before your appointment to help you keep track of your booking.

We understand life can get busy, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time to another client on our waiting list.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given or you don’t attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.

For your comfort and the enjoyment of others in the clinic, we ask that all phones and devices be kept on silent and used only when necessary during your visit.
