Your appointment will start with a skin consultation. During your initial consultation, one of our dermal clinicians will discuss your skin concerns, describe our treatments and skin care products in detail, and create a customised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit from $80 to secure your spot.

Please be aware we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without giving us a full 24 hours notice or fail to show up.

During your IPL treatment, skin is prepared with a gentle cleanse and gel application. Then a handpiece with correct filter for your skin condition is applied. During the IPL treatment you will feel warm pulses of light that feels like a flick of rubber band onto the skin.
