Melanie Russell Richards

Director & Dermal Clinician

With over 30 years of industry experience, Melanie has a Bachelor of Dermal Science from Victoria University and is a member of The Society of Dermal Clinicians.

With so much knowledge and experience, it was time for Melanie to realise her dream of owning her own non-surgical skin clinic and establishing Select Skin in 2017.

Melanie is committed to treating her clients with honesty, integrity, and care.

Achieving ethical and results-driven outcomes is the most rewarding part of her day.

Taking her clients on a journey through consultation, treatment and education while building a solid relationship is integral to her approach to her role as director and dermal clinician at Select Skin.

Melanie has expertise in all the modalities offered at Select Skin and looks forward to introducing her clients to new ways to achieve beautiful, long-lasting results.

Registered Nurse

Lesley

Lesley Scott’s passion for achieving improvements in your skin and overall appearance through various aesthetic modalities goes unrivalled.

Lesley joined Select Skin in 2018.

A registered nurse and accomplished skin clinician with over 20 years of experience, Lesley has worked alongside dermatologists and cosmetic physicians as a laser nurse and holds a master’s qualification in education.

Lesley loves to challenge herself with continuous education in the safest and evidence-based non-surgical aesthetic technologies and, confidently creates treatment plans for her clients to achieve outstanding and ongoing results.

Lesley’s experience and expertise cover all the modalities we offer in our clinic, including anti-wrinkle treatments. Lesley excels in softening the effects of ageing while enhancing your best features.

Dermal Therapist

Paris

Paris began her career at Select Skin as our receptionist, where her curiosity about skin quickly turned into a clear passion. She went on to become a qualified Beauty Therapist, then continued her studies to become a Dermal Therapist — a role she now embraces with both skill and genuine care for her clients.

With our ongoing support and guidance, Paris has grown into an integral part of the team.

Skin needling is one of her favourite treatments, especially when paired with professional peels and LED Light Therapy to promote visibly brighter, smoother, healthy-looking skin.

Paris is now taking the next step in her aesthetic career and is currently studying nursing at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney to further her understanding of holistic skin and health care.

Charlotte

Charlotte Birch is a highly experienced, aesthetically trained registered nurse with a diploma in cosmetic nursing.

Trained in the UK, Charlotte is passionate about her role as a cosmetic nurse and is currently studying for her Masters’s in Nursing.

After an initial consultation, Charlotte can tweak your appearance with anti-wrinkle treatments to achieve a natural look to correct and enhance your best features.

Charlotte’s number one goal is for you to look and feel refreshed, restored and thrilled with your new look.

Clinic Administration

Natasha

Natasha has many years experience in business administration and marketing in the finance, health and wellness industries.

A change in pace brought her Select Skin in 2021 and she’s she quickly become a valued member of our team.

Natasha is passionate about visual storytelling so it’s no surprise that she is also responsible for our social media management. However it’s the opportunity to build relationships with our clients, share their stories and be a part of their skin journey that gets her excited about coming to work.

Select Skin is proud to be part of the Randwick and Coogee community. We have been a sponsor of Coogee Surf Life Saving Club, the largest patrolling surf club in Australia, since 2019 and owner Melanie Russell-Richards as a lifesaver for the club. Select Skin also supports local sports clubs and schools.
