Your extensive consultation with a dermal clinician includes a warm welcome, then a skin analysis with our latest OBSERV skin diagnostic technology that allows us to assess your skin with pinpoint accuracy allowing in-depth scientific diagnosis of your skin condition. Then we precisely plan your treatments, long-term results and choose the right actives for your skin condition. We are open to all your questions regarding skin, treatments and products. You are more than welcome to have a consultation and a skin treatment on the same appointment. This allows us to kick-start your results and get on top of your skin concerns right away, making you feel at ease.

The consultation fee is deductible if you choose to have a skin treatment or purchase products on the day of your consultation. The consultation fee will not be deducted for treatments booked or products purchased on another date than your consultation.

We offer EFPOS , Afterpay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and cash

We ask for a $70 deposit to hold you booking which is refundable on the day with your service or product purchase. For Clients new to injectables we also require a deposit of $70, refundable when you have your treatment.

For larger treatments such as Ultraformer we require a deposit of $150 which will also deducted from the cost of your treatment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to use your $50 booking deposit as your cancellation fee.
In the case of prepaid services, the treatment will be forfeited, and you will not be able to use this treatment at a later date.

Yes, we do allow family or friends to take over your appointment.

Yes you can purchase gift vouchers at Select Skin, either online or in-clinic.

Select Skin gift vouchers can be used towards all skin treatments and skin care products, scented Hunter candles and sprays.

According to the law, gift vouchers cannot be used towards treatments that include prescribed medication use (as dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injection solution).

Yes, vouchers can be used to purchase skin care products at Select Skin.

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased and used by the same person.
