Your appointment will start with a skin consultation. During your initial consultation, one of our dermal clinicians will discuss your skin concerns, describe our treatments and skin care products in detail, and create a customised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit from $80 to secure your spot.

Please be aware we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without giving us a full 24 hours notice or fail to show up.

After the application of anaesthetic cream and when the skin is suitably numb, Dermapen 4 is passed over the skin creating microscopic punctures in the skin to stimulate the production of elastin and collagen naturally, and needle in topical actives.

Unlike other needling systems, Dermapen 4 reduces downtime. In the days immediately after your treatment, your skin may become dry and flakey. At the time of your treatment, we will advise you on post aftercare. After 48 hours you can resume the application of active skincare ingredients.

Even though we expect results after just one treatment, however with cumulative treatments the skin continues to improve and in some cases will be required to achieve the full, desired result.

Multiple treatments provide rejuvenation and correct the skin of the face and body.

Not suitable for anyone with pustular acne.
