Your appointment will start with a skin consultation. During your initial consultation, one of our dermal clinicians will discuss your skin concerns, describe our treatments and skin care products in detail, and create a customised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit from $80 to secure your spot.

Please be aware we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without giving us a full 24 hours notice or fail to show up.

Yes, exosome treatments are considered safe and well-tolerated by most skin types.

During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your skin’s condition and potential side effects to ensure the treatment is right for you.

Exosomes are derived from human cells but are not live cells, which means they carry minimal risk of adverse reactions and are less likely to be rejected by the body.

When combined with treatments like skin needling, you may experience minimal discomfort due to the nature of the needling itself, not the application of exosomes.

To ensure your comfort, we apply a numbing cream before the procedure.

Skin needling creates micro-channels in the skin, allowing the exosomes to penetrate deeply and work more effectively. After your treatment, you can expect temporary redness and slight sensitivity which usually subsides within a couple of days.

You can expect to see visible improvements in your skin starting from 28 days after your treatment.

The most significant results are typically achieved after completing a series of three treatments. Your skin will continue to improve as the exosomes enhance collagen production and cellular repair.
