When breakouts, congested pores, excess oil or persistent discolouration continue despite a consistent home routine, your skin may benefit from more targeted professional correction.

The Marini Clarify Peel uses a two-step clinical peeling process. Salicylic and mandelic acids are followed by a concentrated Retinol Activator with peptides and antioxidants to enhance the overall result.

Clarify may be recommended for acne-prone and oily skin, post-acne discolouration and hormonally influenced pigmentation such as melasma.

Your appointment will start with a skin consultation. During your initial consultation, one of our dermal clinicians will discuss your skin concerns, describe our treatments and skin care products in detail, and create a customised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit from $80 to secure your spot.

Please be aware we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment without giving us a full 24 hours notice or fail to show up.

How does the Marini Clarify Peel work?

Marini Clarify Peel combines salicylic and mandelic acids with a concentrated Retinol Activator to support controlled exfoliation and skin renewal.

Oil-soluble salicylic acid works within oil-rich pores to help clear congestion and breakouts, while mandelic acid resurfaces the skin to improve uneven texture and visible discolouration.

The acid application is followed by a Retinol Activator containing peptides and antioxidants, extending the resurfacing process and supporting the overall treatment result.

Treatment strength will be carefully adapted to your skin to minimise unnecessary irritation, particularly when managing active breakouts, post-acne discolouration or melasma.

Every Clinical Peel at Select Skin begins with an assessment of your skin. We’ll consider its current condition, sensitivity, barrier health and treatment history, along with the skincare and active ingredients you’re already using.

Where appropriate, we’ll use our OBSERV Skin Analysis to look beyond the skin’s surface and identify underlying pigmentation, congestion, redness or sun damage. This gives us a clearer picture of your skin and helps us recommend the most suitable treatment.

Appropriate skin preparation is required before the Marini Clarify Peel. If your skin isn’t quite ready to proceed, we may recommend preparation with prescribed homecare or begin with the Marini Progressive Glycolic Resurface Peel, where suitable.
