What results can you expect?
The Timeless Peel is a highly effective peel that restores the growth of healthy, young skin cells—increasing cell turnover and normalising cell function. CosMedix Timeless Peel also increases the skins ceramide production and moisture level to give an age-defying, smooth-textured complexion.
Preparing for your treatment
The Timeless Peel is a medium depth peel, so the skin does need to be prepared before the treatment. We recommend using vitamin A and AHA skin care in your home care routine or a pigment inhibitor to ensure the best results.
The length of time you prepare will vary depending on your skin type and condition, and we’ll advise you before coming to the clinic for your Cosmedix Timeless Peel.
What happens during your treatment?
CosMedix Timeless Peel is a leave-on cream peel and, once applied, is gently massaged into the skin.
The L-Lactic Acid in the peel is self-neutralising making it perfectly safe to leave on the skin and allowing extra time for the encapsulated Retinol AGP to activate cell renewal.
Your skin may initially experience slight to moderate tingling.
The Timeless Peel can remain on the skin for up to 12 hours, preferably overnight, and rinsed off in the morning.
What to expect after your treatment?
The Timeless Peel is a medium-depth peel treatment with a high concentration of retinol.
We strongly advise leaving a minimum of 4 weeks in between each treatment.
Moderate flaking may occur within 2-3 days. Social downtime varies, however, and the skin usually begins to normalise by day 3.
